Today we went to Helsinki in Finland by plane. On the plane I read a book named “Deep Sea Canoe Movement” by Michael Malieau. It really blew my mind and heart. I was grasped by the prophecies and stories in the book. I borrowed the book, but I will most certainly obtain one for further studies. In the evening we got on the night train to Kemi in North-Finland.

I long to see the children and the youth of Europe to be raised up as true and dedicated followers of Jesus Christ. I also long to see christians take responsibility in the society and make a difference. I believe that building up healthy companies and being politically involved are two ways to do that.

My husband and I went to All Pacific Prayer Assembly [Deep Sea Canoe Movement] in Hilo,Hawaii in July of this year.Awesome being together with so many people on FIRE for the Lord, we will never be the same.Our Faith took a giant step in those 6 days we were together.We also took a pastor from Papua New Guinea home with us , she stayed for 12 days and also 3 others for shorter stay.Don't just read the book,come to APPA in Pasadena,Calif.,next year, if you long to grow in the Lord. The Captain as we call Him Provides the oars,just bring yourself and step in the canoe. Your journey will never be the same.Praise the Lord[Captain].We have so many new friends now,we keep in touch with.Reidun La Fleur.
I am from Malu'u from where Michael Maeliau was from. The movement I beleive is not of the Lord.Its a contradiction to the South Seas Evangelical Mission. I, for one would rather beleive in Jesus than a captain who leads a movement. My faith in God will make me to believe in a movement. There 3 thing the captain wants, power,politics and money.
I would like you watch for the Solomon Islands National Elections in 2010. The captain will become a candidate.
Hey bro, found your post googling for the Deep Sea Canoe. Yeah, you should come to the 7th APPA (All Pacific Prayer Assembly) 2009 in Pasadena! It's gonna be great fun seeing God moving among the indigenous peoples of the earth. Especially as they come to honor the Native American host people I believe that God is going to mightily release His glory. It'll be a foretast of one day (Rev.3+4) people from every tribe, language, people and nation coming to worship in the presence of the worthy 'Captain'. Bless you, and maybe see you then :)
Iam from Maluu, Malaita & Solomon Islands, where the Lord (Captain himself) birthed the endtime restoration vision through His humble servant prophet Michael...(Gods midwife so to describe) He labored so long, so painful, with a alot of scorging, criticism, personal attack, condenm, etc. as experienced of a child-pain...not for months, few years..but more than 25 years.
True and true what God and Jesus (as Captain of the Lords army) is doing to arround the World is beyond description...thru His servants including Micahel, Glory to Immanuel, and Captain alone. APPA is just one part of the Move of Gods Glory, unpon the face of the Earth.

Glory to God, if you have ears use it, if you have eyes to see you must see what God is doing mightyly around the world. For sure God will use man created and given authority under his Saving grace to manifest his whole purpose for creating man according to his own image. I joined APPA since 2005 in Lae, PNG then over to Cairns, Australia, back to POM, PNG and have seen and learnt alot from the Deep Sea Canoe Movement and believe in my heart that out Good Lord won't let his word gone in vain but accomplish it's purposes. Rev. Michael has pastored me as young man up until now and I have found walking with Jesus more meaningful. Contrary to what the media and other theologians say about this humble man of God, Michaels teaching are based on the word of God and he preaches all the things that his mother church believe in. The Deep Sea Canoe Movement has gathered momentum and has reached the shows of America. The arguements about his teachings not in line with his mother church is redardant and has lost its meaning. No scientist, no social scientist,and no theologian can fathom the indescribable,immeasurable God we believe. Please let us not fit God into our finite minds and knowledge. Let us allow him to express himself to the full especially at the end times.
I suggest my brother from Malu'u to read the walks of Rev. Maeliau, judge his life style (not his past) and the fruit.

Praise God for the postings from around the world. I am from the Solomon Islands and found the comments from someone from Malu'u untrue. Rev.Michael, never called himself the Captian. He has always called Jesus, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings the Captian of the Lords Army. May the truth prevail, as we are of the light let us reveal the truth.

Hi to all who are on to this topic. I am from Malu'u and a member of another denomination in the area. I stand to testify that Michael Maelia'u has God's power to proclaim God's message for the immediate generation. I am 37 and have not came across anyone in any of the prayer assemblies I had attended who spoke with power that can melt hearts like furnace that melts iron. I appreciate Maelia'u's humility, his passion for the church of God, his godliness, his speech and the list goes infinite. I was invigorated with the message he gives in pursuit to Godliness.
Only recently; he was excommunicated from membership of the South Sea Evangelical Church (SSEC) by Bishop Lima for all the good he was preaching. Couldn't believe this. The other person from Malu'u who commented earlier has the same vision held by the SSEC heads... what a shame! I am yet to find anyone in SSEC whose preaching is as sweet as Michael's. God Bless...

My name is Grace Fave and I am truly blessed by hearing what the Captain is doing in each one of your lives through the prophesies given to Papa Michael Maeliau in "THE DEEP SEA CANOE MOVEMENT" Truly its time to stand up and take the glory back to Jerusalem. I've attended the APPA in Port Moresby 2007 and Hilo Hawai'i in 2008 and am soooooo glad to be apart of the Jacob generation who seeks the face of the Lord (Psalms 24:6). Shalom from John to all the fiends of Yeshua, well I do believe we're at the end of the age and the fullness of the gentile is about to come in, and therefore the Tabernacle of David that is fallen down must be established...and as the word (Acts15) declares He (Yeshua) has visited first the Gentiles to take a people out that is called by His name to build the Tabernacle of David that is fallen down....so in light of what I'm alluding to in regards to the DSCM is a movement that I believe that God had allowed to bring the Gentile people for this work... ultimately is to save the the children of Israel. This movement is only the beginning of much greater things that the Lord has prepared in this last days.... Ultimately the church/body must present herself without spot, blemish and wrinkle. For all that love the Lord we must live and practice kingdom living that the glory of the Lord is revealed in each one us, as the living stones erected to be habitation of God's dwelling... Amen.
No person can stop what God has started in Solomon Islands. There have been a number of attempts already to stop the message about the Kingdom and Glory of God by leaders of the South Seas Evangelical Church (SSEC) in Solomon Islands. They even went to the extent of ex-communicating Rev. Michael Maeliau from SSEC and stripped him off the title of Reverend. But I can sense that something is not really right in the way they have dealt with the case of Rev Michael Maeliau. SSEC leaders led by her bishop, Rev Mathias Lima, ex-communicate Rev Maeliau from the SSEC and stripped him of his title. However, all these things are done without giving him (Rev Michael Maeliau) the opportunity to tell his side of the whole thing. He was not given that opportunity. Rev Maeliau even requested to meet with the SSEC leadership, but those leaders are so proud to meet him. Rev Maeliau wanted to be stripped off his title of Reverend of SSEC public in the presence of God and man, the same way he was ordained many years ago. Again the SSEC leaders were not even man enough or humble enough to meet him in person and deal with the issue. All they (SSEC leadership) did was to go out in the media. That goes to show how the type of leaders they are.
The message about the kingdom and glory of God cannot be stopped now. It is spreading like fire to the world. This year the Prayer Assembly will be in Cape Town, South Africa. People in other countries have seen the message and accepted and embraced it. This is the message for the end time. SSEC leadership in Solomon Islands have failed to see this, and it is slowly slipping through their fingers. God's message cannot be delayed or suppressed by some leaders who think they know every thing. God is a big God and no human mind can full comprehend His greatness.
Great is the lord and greatly to be praise, Hallow Dear Friends in Christ, I'am Isaiah Kelly Iduilalo,The Former SSEC School President For Honiara Senior High School, Way back in 2016 and 2017. This is the Day that the lord has made, I Humbly accept this Vision of Deep Sea Canoe Movement, Truly this is the last message to prepare the Church for the Second Coming of Christ. Christians this is the right time to jump into this canoe without delaying(proof in Daniel 12 and Rev 12, The prophecy to the end time). Hallelujah.
My search for the Deep Sea Canoe Movement got me here. Is anyone in a good position to provide information for the next Prayer Assembly?
